Client Cancellations

Clients are required to have a card on file in order to reserve an appointment. In the event you need to cancel or change an appointment a 48 hour notice must be given via text only. Cancellations made with less than a 48 hour notice will be automatically charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file. No-show and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.

Lateness

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I may not be able to complete the scheduled service in the remaining time frame. This may result in having to alter the original scheduled service or reschedule. Same day cancellation fee will apply if rescheduling is needed.

Children & Guests

In order to give my clients the best experience and to minimize distractions, no children or additional guests are allowed to be in the salon area unless they have a scheduled appointment. Due to liability reasons, if children come with you to your appointment it will need to be rescheduled and same day cancellation fee will apply.


Appointment preparation

Clients must come to their appointment with clean dry hair. No products in such as dry shampoo, root spray, hairspray etc. If the hair has product build up and requires a wash or is wet and requires a blow dry pre-service, there will be an additional fee applied for extra time needed.

Refunds/Refusal

All services are non-refundable and non-negotiable.

I reserve the right to refuse any service at any time.

Payment

I accept credit card, apply pay and exact cash for payment.

I understand emergencies happen. Please contact me via text only and I will do my best to accommodate emergency situations. By booking an appointment, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the policies above.
